This was an order for an old friend (we found each other online!). She wanted Chocolate Fudge cake with chocolate ganache. I added a milk chocolate wrap & she likes orchids, so I put a few gumpaste orchids on top. (I originally planned on making chocolate cigarellos, but ran out of time!!) All from scratch (as always).
