Beautiful! How in the world did you get the BC soo smooth? & how did you get the pattern on the second tier?

Thanks! For the buttercream I use a Viva paper towel and then printer paper to smooth it after it crusts (Sugarshack's method-she has a forum labeled "my buttercream tips") For the diamond pattern I used an impression mat that I got from Country Kitchen on the internet. You just press it into the crusted buttercream!
