My Nieces Baby Shower Cake

Italian cream cake for pillow with buttercream icing, the doll is Almond cake with fondant icing. I am getting better with fondant. lol. My niece loved it.

the baby on the lap is a rattle for her baby, the arms, legs, and head are plastic. I took a part a baby doll. the rest is edible. I want to thank all CCers for the ideas on here. and TY for the compliment. I loved doing this cake. :D
