This was my first time using fondant to cover a cake and also my first time tiering a cake as well. I learned a lot from doing this cake, it wore on my patience a little, but overall I had a lot of fun doing it. The picture clarity is not so great, but here it is. Satin Ice fondant covered 2 tier butter cake with lemon-raspberry buttercream filling. accents in fondant and wire spray, which I wasn't too crazy about. My co-worker loved this cake, it was for her daughter's birthday. TFL!! ;)
