Another Flop
This is a birthday cake that I made for a friend in the mother's organization that I am in. I planned on using this cake to practice my roses and stars but I did not have any shortening nor enough powdered sugar for stiffer icing. I stuck a happy birthday sign on top. My friends all enjoyed the cake but I planned on wowing them and could not. White almond sour cream cake with a raspberry filling. Yummy!
It looks nice! There's no spaces where you can see the cake, and everyone needs practice cakes! Yours looks much better than mine! What mother's organization are you in?
