40Th Anniversary

40Th Anniversary on Cake Central

This was a surprise cake for my Parent's 40th Anniversary. It is 8 & 6" French Vanilla with Bavarian Cream filling iced in BC. I experimented with new techniques on this cake (new to me anyway). This was my first time using MMF on a cake, I used a diamond Impression mat, fondant shapes on wire, and Fondant Roses. I had alot of fun with this one, and learned alot too. I'll definately do some things differently next time, but of course, Practice makes perfect. Thanks for looking

Thanks so much, I printed the numbers off the computer to create a template, then just traced and cut out the fondant..
