Pineapple Upside Down Birthday Cake
Made for a friend who LOVES pineapple upside down cake. I hate pineapple, so I made the cupcakes for the rest of us. Decorated them with candy fruit slices and toothpicks to look sort of tropical cocktail-ish.
Good idea on the extras for the non-pineapple eaters. This is a really pretty setup.
