Taffeta Jukebox
My daughter was one of the leads in the musical "The Taffetas" at the local University. For production week, I sent along this 3-D jukebox cake, which was designed to look something like the set they had (which I had never seen). It was all iced in crusting BC, and I am told they all were really impressed with it.

Very cute, what size pans did you use?
The base was 3 layers of 8" square cake, the rounded top was an 8" round cut in half and stacked together. Then I put the cut side down on the back edge of the squares. Yes, there was a board cut and placed under the half circles and it was doweled to within an inch of its life! :D That was one nerve-wracking drive to deliver the cake!
