White Bow - My 1St Square Wedding Cake! :0)

my 1st square wedding cake! 12", 10", 8" & 6" white cake, iced in BC....MMF pearls & gumpaste bow - both dusted with super pearl.....they moved the cake outside for the reception and said it glistened in the sun....TFL!

I am making a wed. cake very similar to this. What tip did you use for the borders? How did you get such perfect corners? Is a gumpaste bow easier than a fondant bow?

ShannonM - I used tip 12 for the borders and the corners just take practice (i attribute those to all the sheet cakes i've done)....gumpaste is just better IMO because it dries quicker....it's really a personal preference
