I had to make these cookies for a fund raiser. I got the idea from Margie and Abbey Greenberg's book The Flour Pot Cookie Book. It's a must for every collection. She likes Rolled Fondant I was too lazy to make it that way today so I used icing. Oh well, hope they make you smile!
