my nephew's third birthday cake - this was LOTS of fun to plan and create. Too bad he's not old enough to appreciate it! four layers of my "perfectly chocolate" cake, filled with chocolate buttercream, iced in my signature buttercream and covered in fondant, painted with gel colours, extra decor in fondant, crushed cheerios with corn syrup and those chocolate cookie cigarello things (not sure what the proper name for them is!)
