Hi,

I need to get a couple of new 10" cake pans and haven't bought new pans for years. I use mostly the Fat Daddio pans but Im wondering how people like the silicone pans or are they too flimsy?

Nothing compares to a good aluminum pan, better heat transference! Go for the aluminum ones....if not too late!
