Wondering if a cake has canned pineapple in the batter if it needs to be refrigerated and while I have you
I am not 100% certain, but I do not believe it would require refrigeration. Hopefully someone else with more knowledge will jump in.
The cr ch icingis what needs to be frig’ing. As for the cake any cake w/ fruit in it —- especially if chunks will start to get moldy quicker than a “plain” one. If it is going to be kept more than say 3 days then I would frige it especially since we are in such a hot spell
Dangit, I completely missed the cream cheese frosting! I always keep anything with cream cheese refrigerated all the time, right up to serving.
