You can use vegetable cans to bake round, tubular cake.  If you need it smaller, tomato paste cans would work well.  Just bake several and place them end to end on the cake board.

Agree w/ Sandra:)   No idea how big they need to be—    Otherwise, form them w/rice cereal treats  or rolls of fondant?
