They look wonderful and it makes my mouth water to read the flavors! I've never baked a cake in my toaster oven, I think it is probably too small, but I've baked a few cookies at a time many times.

The pretzels are there to hold up the plastic wrap covering. Using a toaster oven is not something I recommend but since the regular oven emits vapors that set off the smoke alarm it’s all I have. There is a terrible hot spot in the back right corner:(
Kakeladi, I think all ovens have a hot spot, my big oven has a horrible hot spot in the right corner also... all my macarons always burst in that very corner.... soooo annoying!
