Hello everyone, I have a little dilemma and need advice. I have to make 1 2 tiered cake and 1 3 tiered cake for the same event. I need to make these cakes well ahead of time. They will be covered in fondant and they won't have filling in the middle. What can I do to keep these cakes fresh past 3 days?
