I’ve always iced my cakes frozen and every time I go to put the fondant on it starts to sweat, gets super tacky and slippery. This JUST happened to me. The fondant  is WET. I have to apply other fondant details to the cake and I’m worried that they’ll slide off.... help! How do I remedy this?

Sorry, just now seeing this post.  I guess by now your fondant has dried out.  The only thing I know, to speed up drying, is using a fan.

That's one of several reasons I never tried to ice (no matter what kind) a fzn cake.

Which brand of fondant are you using? Carma massa ticcino and Mona Lisa handle humidity and moisture the best.
