Hello there! I was asked to make this cake, but im a little weary to just use an offset spatula and place it up against my turntable and go! I feel like my design will be messy and sloppy looking... plus i dont think my spatula will be wide enough to create those thicker indentations! I see wilton had an icing sculpting set, but its since been doscontined... can anyone iffer some idea or tools that i eould need to acheive this design on the cake??  (The cake with the loght blue bottom and cross on top) Thank u SO much, any advice would help: )Any Suggestions On What I Need To Texture/sculpture This Cake?!Any Suggestions On What I Need To Texture/sculpture This Cake?!

It almost looks to me like the line is not indented but piped on.

Maybe this?

They have them in 4" and 6" tall, but your cake looks about 8" tall. Is that the height you're going for?

Here is one using piping tip on side of cake. Looks pretty easy but done with buttercream.
