Hi, everyone, I'm almost done with the photos. It was a busy month. I 'm working on the bean paste icing. As you can c the pic below, the cake was covered with bean paste icing and decorated with bean paste buttercream flowers. ^^* It's great~ I don't need to use the too~~~~ sweet fondant anymore. ! !!

Hello i wanted to make the white bean buttercream, but incredibly as it might sound , i haven't had any luck. I will be checking next week in a local korean market they might carry the ready to use one. I read in a blog it can be thinned using liquid cream. I m giving it a try. Wish me luck. For now i keep working with my Swiss meringue buttercream, that stuff is delicious

I was searching for the same thing, my result was pretty good even though I don't have great skill in deserts. I found it on a blog named délices et gourmandises. I think it's a Belgian blogger who present easy and simple recipes.
For your Buttercream you need :
- 150 g shortening
- 200 g icing sugar
- And maybe Pineapple or strawberry flavoring with no color
- Sift icing sugar
Mix all ingredients and beat with a slow speed until it gets thick. Remember : Do not beat too long later flaccid . You can put dyes after that.
And you should know it's just for decoration.

I am working on something that I hope works we shall see I took a picture of just some simple pipings and how they look thick and thin both different recipes one vegan and one whole, I didn't make my own butter first which i think would help because i do not like how yellow 2 got because i live in the USA and butter comes with yellow dye in it. I am seeing now how well they age.
