Can anyone tell me what piping tip I would use to get this look please. 2D seems too small

Could also be a 1 M or  2-F tip. Any big flower tip would probably work.

that's a drop flower tube -- i don't know the number off hand but they have a little piece like a little arm soldered inside to create the petals

you want the one that can't be used with a coupler -- doesn't have to be Wilton but has to have the arm inside to make that look and it looks like a fairly large one -- the little dooey inside precludes you being able to use the coupler

oh, stocks it -- gotcha -- some people have troubles with piping drop flowers -- so:

you lock your elbow to your side -- touch the surface with the icing (bag) and holding your hand and wrist still while squeezing the bag evenly  you swing your elbow out from you body and release the pressure and voila a pretty flower -- for those in the picture they initially added a bit of extra pressure to make them have like a fluffy base before piping the flower top --

best to you -- hope it all works out great would love to hear your results -- no pressure

2d on a mini cc would look just like that. IMO.
