My favs are Cool Waters by Davidoff, Dazzling Gold by Estee Lauder, CK1, youth Dew (love this one for the evenings) Estee lauder.
I usually rotate these 'cause I don't like using the same scent all the time.
My DH though loves me wearing White Linen by Estee Lauder.
oooh, i love ck be for myself and for dh, aqua di gio.
I'm also allergic to most perfumes, but I can wear some. My favorite for the longest time is Tresor from Lancome, and of course Chanel #5. When it comes to my dear old hubby, I like plain old "Old Spice" aftershave, but Abercrombie is nice too.
While I am not allergic to fragrances, I work in an environment where we are not allowed to wear perfumes, hairspray, lotions, or anything with a scent at all. It doesn't stop many people though. After almost 8 years here, I can hardly stand any kind of purfume smell anymore, it simply makes me sick. I honestly think the men are the worst with this, the cologne and aftershaves. One thing I particularly hate is stopping for gas in the morning after work and someone has transferred a ton of fragrance to the pump handle from their hands, then it's on my hand and I have to smell that until I get home and wash. I try so hard to remember to always grab a paper towel before touching the pump handle but often forget.
On the other hand I do use a little Bath and Body Works Pearberry body spray on a rare occasion (about once a year). I don't think they make that scent anymore and it's a shame.
My favourite, and now the only one I ever use, is Cerrutti 1881, it's a light and fresh floral smell, and when I also use cocoa butter body cream (Palmer's, the type that actually smells of cocoa butter!), the combined smell is heavenly (but not too overpowering!). I always feel that if I can smell my own perfume, then I'm wearing too much and should only be able to be smelt by someone when they are up close!
