I've been asked to do a baby carriage with 3.5 dozen regular size cupcakes. What size board/Box would be suitable for this project?

i don't know -- take 42 cup cake wrappers and spread them out in the pattern you want and measure -- you mean the cupcakes should be the shape of the baby carriage right?

Thank you, I didn't even think about that. And yes, the cupcakes in the pattern of a carriage.
