What color is this wedding cake? Is it ivory, peach, something else? Also, it looks like the cake has a pearl sheen/coating on it which is making me question the color. I've never pearlized a cake before so this is new to me... how do I do this, air brush it on using pearl dust & vodka? This cake looks like it was done in buttercream, but the bride wants it in fondant... what is the best icing to use on fondant to pipe on the scrolls & dots?

Last question, what tip did they use for the dots & scrolls? It looks bigger than a #3, maybe a #5?

I would say ivory, airbrushed with pearl sheen (you can buy this pre-made for airbrush). The dots and scrolls would be royal, and the tip size will depend on what size your cake will be. Try it out and see which tip you prefer.

remembering that every computer/phone screen will display in a different color, and everyone's camera works differently,  it's hard to guess. Ivory, pale peach, pale pink? maybe a #5.
