Have you checked etsy.com?  Just search gumpaste roses, and for me almost 500 results pop up! You can email the sellers and ask for certain colors that you want.

The Xlarge rose in the pic is a regular flower with two extra rows of petals.  Ff you decide to make them, you can wire the outside petals for strength, otherwise I'm sure you can get them on Etsy.
