Even if fondant sweats, all you need do is let it sit at room temp until it evaporates
DO NOT! touch it.
To help prevent sweating, box the cake, then put the box into a plastic bag. When you take it out, leave it on the counter several hours until it comes to room temp before unwrapping it. You should not have any sweating.
