I am doing a 3 tier Hello Kitty Cake to feed 80. I always have trouble choosing the right size pans. I end up going bigger. I would like some suggestions from other bakers that might help me decide.

A 10x4", 8x4" rounds will give you 64 servings; add a 5 or 6"x3 round and you're good icon_smile.gif

10"=38 x8"=24 = 62 + 6"=12 = 74

If that isn't close enough for your serving goal, you could bake several cupcakes.
