This is a Sutterby creation. How to create this wrap on the second tier? is that icing sheets?[img][/img]
I think it's fondant. Looks like cutters to create the lace effect at the ends and gathered flat and then applied to the cake. Not knowing what was actually done, this would be my first attempt at it. Just my thoughts....
