Lambeth Method?

Can someone show me what the Lambeth Method of cake decorating is?

Joseph Lambeth published a book in the 1930's. Lots of piping and scroll work. Wendy Kromer in Sandusky, OH teaches the Lambeth Method.

Here's one site that has some step-by-step pix for your. It's not totally Lambeth compared to the book but it will give you an idea of what it's like.
