To all of those who currently rent kitchen space, I need your help!

An opportunity has come my way to rent some commercial kitchen space, and this is something that I've been thinking about doing for a while. What are some things that I need to look for? Any tips, and/or advice that you can give would be SO APPRECIATED!!!
