Hi Grem, nice to have a fellow compatriate on here but I'll warn you, you need to learn to speak a new language. It's amazing how different a lot of cake terminology is between ourselves and the US. But it's a great site and I've picked up some great tips, especially concerning buttercream coverings
Thank you MissBaritone, & yes Iv lots to learn concerning all this new 'terminology' of cake decorating!!

Hi Grem,
Of course I know Warwickshire . The last time I´ve been there was last year, in Coventry, (Creativ World of Sugar run by the British Sugarcraft Guild) and I really love the Midlands.
Your cakes are beautiful, love your flowers.
Grem, We can learn a lot from you about molding sugarpaste and fondant, it's relatively new over here. I love your Grandad and Grandkid Cake, right down to his cup of coffee on the arm of the sofa!
Hey this sure is a friendly place... & chatty too!! I just hope I can keep up with eveyone
I do enjoy moulding... & learn something new each time I make something.... If you liked my Grandad cake Tastycakes then you will love my verson of a Kitchen cake I did... I did enjoy putting in all the little pieces of detail in that!
Grem xx
