For lime green I start out with yellow then add leaf green slowly until I get the right shade. I was told on CC to start with green, but I find that starting with yellow works best. For hot pink I just use the "rose" color until it's dark enough. I use Wilton colors.

I use Americolor electric green and fuschia. They have both.

I also love the combo of their electric green and electric pink.
