I just made this recipe tonight as a cupcake filling. It's really good but if I make it again I would increase the amount of cookie dough. My question is would this recipe need refrigeration?
FROSTING BASE:
1-3/4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
Eggless cookie dough (recipe below)
EGGLESS COOKIE DOUGH:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar, plus 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

To me there isn't anything in here that would require it but I thought I would ask just in caseicon_smile.gif thanks

Mmmmm, sounds yummy...and I agree, I don't think it would need refrigeration.
