hi everyone! i'm kinda confused with various terms used to refer to chocolates. Is there a difference between chocolate paste,chocolate fondant and modeling chocolate?
If yes, can they all be used to cover cakes?(i know that fondant can be used.)
and can you use poured chocolate as the covering for a cake (eg;wedding) if yes, will humidity be a problem?
