can you use americolors in candy melts? I need a bright white and was wondering if I could use the americolor white in the white chocolate candy melts? TIA

I was jsut having this discussion with someone. I believe you need their oil based colors to use because the others have water which will cause your chocolate to seize.

Americolor does make oil based colors. They also make a product called Flo Coat that you can use with the regular colors to keep the candy melts from siezing.

I saw the flo coat thing but wasn't sure about it. thank you. I'm making white chocolate covered brownie pops and need bright white.
