Thanks, Yeh I guess just add to the buttercream any cake recipes or fillings... I have a large jar, maybe freeze, and experiment just don't want to toss it if there are other ideas for it...

I have used the juice in the buttercream and even chopped the cherries into tiny bits and put into cake...my son loved cherry cake....ugh its too sweet for me

I add mine to sprite. I don't drink very much pop, but I enjoy this. I've added it to frosting before but didn't have a strong flavor.

Freeze the juice in ice cube trays so you don't have to thaw it all at once if you only need a little. After the cubes are frozen, remove them from the tray and put them into a ziptop bag.

I'm thinking I might make a cake poke holes in it and add the juice to the cake with the cherry frosting?? Sounds almost 2 sweet for me..... icon_surprised.gif
