I just finished the christmas cake for my work. Just wanted to share it with people around lol. Its one of the firsts cakes. Its a spongecake base with buttercream and colored fondant. Now awaiting reactions how it did taste LOL! Sure it did look good
any tips in why my fondant cracks up?
I like it!!! I always have the same problem with the fondant I rolled to thin.....for what I have read you do not suppose to roll the fondant less than 1/4 in.
You are not supposed to be telling it jokes while decorating
