Thanks for sharing! So cool!!!
I have all kind of marshmallows! Very cute idea!!!

YAY!!!! YAY YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.. My youngest (10) saw this cookie when you first posted the picture and had me set it as her computer background..

How cool is that! Tell your daughter she's my hero! ha ha

Thank you for posting this tutorial. I've wanted to make them ever since you posted your picture. So cute!!

Bless you for sharing your knowledge...clever and adorable snowmen!! We don't get much snow in Houston, Tx (however, it did SNOW for a few hours last Tuesday - amazing) so any thing related to snow is special to us. Snowmen would definitely melt in our weather - even in Winter.

LOL.. will do.. She was jumping for joy when I told her you posted the instructions. Oh and I love the snowgirl cookie and throwing a snowball.. a very cute touch.. I will have to pick up the items I need tomorrow, oh and wanna try the soft cookie recipe you posted on your blog/site "Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies"

These are the cutest cookies I have seen in a while. I especially like the melted marshmallow for the head.

Thank you so much for sharing that and making it very easy to understand, creating and giving away fun cookies like this brings so much joy to the giver and receiver; but it can be sooo frustrating trying to figure out how to do something without the directions. Your tutorial is extremely helpful. Nice job and thanx again

So clever and charming.

Am going to make and send these to my son using gingerbread as a base. Think that'll be really cute, since it's so hot where's he deployed right now.
And the gingerbread at the bottom can be the mud from all the melted snow.

OMG I'm going to make these for my daughters birthday at school! The 3rd graders are going to go crazy over these! Thanks for sharing!

Hello CakeInfatuation, just a question about your snowmen, Can you use store bought, cookie dough?? and can i use a glaze instead of royal icing?? Thank you , there so cute

I've never used the store bought dough for these. I guess you could use it. As far as glaze instead of royal... never did that either. You'll have to try it and fill us in.

This is the kind of snow men we'd have here in Texas! I showed my mom these and she thinks I need to make them. I told her I'd add it to my lost of things to do.

Bought the rest of the ing's I needed for these sweet cookies.. Gonna have to force myself to wait until tomorrow to start them.. Just so wore out from shopping all day.. lol..

CakeInfatuation~These have to be the cutiest cookies I've ever seen and would love to make them for family in AZ. Kind of "melted by the time they arrived" thing. Thank you for the instructions too!
JanH~Thank your son for me, coming from a family of Army men here.
Your idea of the 'sand' base is perfect.
That's what I love about CC, the idea's keep on rolling!
