Would anyone have an idea how to do a pina colada cake using the wasc recipe?
I was thinking using 1 white cake mix, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar 8 oz of pineapple (drained), replace the water (1 2/3 cup) with cream of coconut and some rum, 3-4 egg whites, 2 tsp vanilla, and some coconut.
How does that look?? Does it sound like it would bake up alright??
