Hi everyone,
I want to make a cake similar to this http://www.cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1316990 for this week and have to see if I can get fresh strawberries at the store (in Australia). If I can't find strawberries to make the chocolate dipped strawberries, what would look good on the top part of the cake instead? I have tried to think up some ideas, but haven't come up with much so I would appreciate any thoughts! icon_biggrin.gif

Any kind of decorative loose candy would look sweet. icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks for the suggestions icon_smile.gif I went to the store today and saw we do have strawberries, so I think I will use some chocolate dipped and then maybe make some Oreo truffles to mix in on top so I don't have to use all strawberries (they are quite expensive!).
