I have been using Toba's Glace and love it but I am about to make a whole bunch of football NFS cookies for my son's class football party and I thought I would rather make a chocolate glace then a chocolate colored glace. I have not been able to find a recipe for this. Does anyone have one they use?
Just how much cocoa for a single TG glace recipe? Unsweetened? Any special brand? Mix it right in with the other ingredients or mix it w/ powdered sugar first? Thanks!! I'm doing horse cookies this week ![]()

I got the chocolate extract from The Spice House. I ordered it online.
I also just add some cocoa into already mixed glace - don't think I've ever measured it - for the black icing, I use the dark cocoa - it makes it dark enough that you don't need alot of the black color. And I've done it thick enough to make tassles on graduation caps.
I've used Toba's recipes since "day 1" and I love them.
