What is on your Christmas list? Here's mine:

Dear Santa,

I've been good. Most of the time. Other than that time I threw that cake out the window after stomping, crying and kicking because after 10 hours of working toward perfection I stuck my thumb in it while putting it in the box. Anyway, here is my list:

Agbay
Airbrush
Sugar Veil
First Impression Molds
People molds
Glass bowls with lids for mixing and storing buttercream colors
All of Sugarshack's DVD's

Those who have known me any length of time will laugh out loud when I write this down.

Santa:
I want LOTS and LOTS of fondant tools. I want every dang tool that's out there so I can make really cool looking fondant cakes. I want the gelatin molds to make those cool looking butterflies that jillmakescakes made. Stock. Me. UP!!!!!!

(ok.... let the laughing commence! icon_lol.gif )

Just when I thought I had every tool I could ever want or need, I started watching Cake Boss and all the newer cake challenges... ::sigh::
Now I'm certain I need a fondant sheeter icon_wink.gif Somehow, I think this will be the toughest one yet to talk DH into!!

All I want right now is a lattice roller. I can't find one locally and it's driving me nuts because I just don't order things online. But I may have to. I even went to Bed, Bath and Beyond (my budget) to see if they had one. No luck, and I had to break my vow of never setting foot in there to find out.

Other than that, I just have the usual wishes:

airbrush
Jem cutter sets
every color of metallic airbrush color that Americolor makes
some dusts that aren't Wilton
Fat Daddio metal turntable
and a metal ball tool

Hey, if you lived in MY town, you would order online! You can't find NUTHIN 'round here...so...

Santa Baby,

Every size and shape of Magic Lines pan, in duplicate please

Airbrush, compressor and a complete set of Americolor

Fondant sheeter (just cuz I love toys - I also really like to roll out stuff!)

And for my stocking, lots and lots of molds, petal thingies, impression rollers, that little cutter set THAT COSTS $85, and whatever else ya got

AND most importantly... the nod from the health department!!

I can't believe Debi has actually been converted to fondant to the point were she wants to play with it all the time icon_smile.gif I think it's as addictive as CC.

Dear Santa:

I want my at-home cake kitchen built and completely stocked.

Oh, and I want to be rich enough to quit my job that pays the bills, so I can dedicate my life to caking.

Thanks.

I'm with you, enough money to quit the job, pay for health insurance, and go professional. If that's too much I'll settle for a nice new (big) oven!

Dear Santa,
I've really tried to be good this year. I didn't mean to use salt instead of sugar in that lady's cake, but you know, she just made me so mad! And I am sorry I used those eggs that had the cracked shells, but I couldn't get to the store and I really wanted to get finished. Also, I know the mouse nibbled on that one cake because I forgot to cover it, but the person that bought it didn't know it and they didn't get sick. Oh, and that little incident with substituting mud for some chocolate, that was just a joke. I didn't really mean to sell it, but the electric bill was due. So, could I please have an airbrush for Christmas? icon_rolleyes.gif

Less that perfectly yours,
