Would You Re-Bake? (Wasc Question)

I have a bridal tasting tonight and made a recipe of WASC, but after I took it out of the oven, I realized I forgot to add any oil (not even a drop). I made extra, so I tasted one layer and it tastes fine, not dry to me. What do you think? Do I need to re-bake it for a tasting? Grrrrr.... ![]()
Why fix what isn't broken? If it tastes fine, then cover it/ice it so it doesn't dry out, thank your lucky stars and keep going.
