i would like to know how that pink garland like piping was done ( the one which comes before the leaf) in the sample video at www.cakesmadeeasy.com. Which tips were used? thanks and for info there is a wonderful video by cake genie where she shows how to use the star tip in 10 diff ways. good for beginners. icon_smile.gif any other good sites any one knows? thanks icon_smile.gif

Tip 104 makes the ruffle garland and tip 16 makes the zigzag on the top edge of the garland. Sometimes Wilton has instructions on techniques on their website ~ you may wish to check out www.wilton.com to see.

What they showed in that little video clip were straight-up Wilton techniques...and the heart they're piping on the back of a Flower Former is an old Course III technique. Have you taken any cake classes?

cakepro > no, i am learning from the net only, no cake classes. cake decoration is my hobby. I checked wilton.com. it is a wonderful site icon_smile.gif thanks
