If I copied an image on wafer paper with ediable pens could I adhere it to white choc. or fondent. If I can will it look OK. My other option is to copy it and take the imagine into sams and get an ediable image made?

Yes you can mount it on either. Probably would be easier on fondant.
Lightly coat the plaque w/piping gel then scrape most of it off before placing the wafer paper on.
