I am tripling a raspberry puree filling recipe found on this website, which calls for 3T of cornstartch. I would think to add 9Tbl of cornstarch to a tripled recipe would just be too much. Does anyone have any advice on this subject? Has anyone made this recipe before and doubled or tripled it? I'm almost thinking of making a single batch, three times. Any advice?? Thanks! icon_rolleyes.gif

I don't know that recipe but you are going to have to experiment I think.
How thick does the single recipe make the filling?

I went ahead and made 3 separate recipes. It's a great recipe! Very thick. Thanks!
