Here's my advice:

Wow, that isn't a very clear pic... Could it be RI?
Maybe you could just use RI to pipe them on and go over it with some luster dust to get it sparkly. Just an idea.

Yeah, I found that rather tacky myself! And the lady found this picture on a bridal website and emailed it to me....I made sure she didn't want the round stand.
And yes, I know you were teasing! I actually didn't see it until after I got the picture to upload !
