I just had to post that my new Deluxe oven is now installed, and I have made some test cakes with it. They come out so nice, not big crowns and very even. I am still playing with my baking times and have let to test cupcakes (I usually bake them at 400 for 8 minutes then 350 for another 8...will that work with this oven?)
Anyway, I am just so excited!
(and will be nervous when that first electric bill comes!)

It's a beauty! Wow, look at all those cake pans in there!
I bet your electric bill won't be that much different. You will be able to bake faster and more than before. At least that is my hope for your electric bill! 
OMG it would take me HOURS to bake that many cookies! One tray at a time. I have tried putting two trays in and rotating, and it took longer to bake the cookies and it wasn't a good thing for me. After we get our debt snowball paid off, a convection oven is on the list of wishes.

So jealous! I would love a cake oven, but have to endure with a plain convection oven that is just 1/8" shy of allowing a full sheet cake pan to go in 
So I do the half sheet and quarter sheet thing. Those are so expensive...kudos for you! Biz must be doing great...keep it up!

with the freight charges and all of that, it was almost 4 K. (cost about 250 for the special wiring to be done as well:you CANT just plug it in. My electrician was terrific and instead of hardwiring it like most would do, he put in an appliance plug for me, so if we expand I can move it easily) Call Deluxe, they are incredible support and customer service!!
I LOVE your new oven!! I just got a new one too - its still boxed waiting for dear hubby to get started on my outdoor kitchen/bakeshop - BUT ITS NOT AS NICE AS YOURS! Congrats.

I will have one someday.... but for now my hubby just installed a double wall oven (top convection) , plus the regular range. 3 ovens total. Makes me happy!
Works for now. But I am a little jealous! I am sure youll be crankin out the cakes faster than ever.
