I am making my own wedding cake, beach themed, need help... tried making the chocolate molded seashells, came out great and beautiful,,,problem is, we are getting married June 27. HOT HOT HOT, the candy seashells will melt, outdoor wedding, HELP ..... thought about making the seashells out of sugar mold but dont have a recipe to harden the sugar. Can anyone give ideas or suggestions, I need LARGE seashell molds and a sugar mold recipe,

Wilton Candy Melts have a higher melting temperature than chocolate. They would be a better choice than chocolate for an outdoor summer wedding.

Is your reception going to be outside too?? That seems like it would be miserably hot.
