Hi everyone!

I'm having problems with coloring my buttercream icing. After I have colored it with Americolor, it still has small white streaks in it. I have mixed it very, very well so I know that's not the problem. The look of it sort of resembles when it's in a decorating bag and been held for a long time, however I put it in the fridge to chill it for a while and that didn't help. Any ideas? Thank you! icon_biggrin.gif

The only thing I can suggest is to mix it some more.
Sorry I can't be more help.
Good Luck!

It's difficult to really know w/o seeing it (& then still may not be right!) but my thoughts are the recipe you are using has too much liquid &/or fat.
