Can someone pls tell me how to convert the wilton fondant recipe for me
like Gelatin- how many Tsbp
Glucose- how many Tsbp
Glycerin- how many Tsbp
confectioners sugar- how many grams

Sorry I can't help you as I don't know the recipe. Looks like you are not in the U.S. so I don't know how to convert it......sorry.
This is a 'bump' so others might see the post & answer you.

I am not familiar with the Wilton fondant recipe either as I use the MMF but you can google for conversions.

1 tablespoon is 1/2 oz

2 tbsp is 1oz

Grams and cups do convert but I have noticed that you could get variations in the answers from differents sites!
